HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.8046 of 2018 ORDER :

Deleting the direction 'to stay at Anantapur' by modifying the same as 'not to leave the State' and another the direction 'to attend before the SHO, Anantapur IV Town Police Station every day' is modified to " Every Wednesday and Sunday till filing of the chargesheet/report and thereafter once in a month on 1st Sunday till completion of trial/enquiry between 10.00 and 11.00A.M. or assurance of his availability and non-interference in any manner with the witnesses, in the order dt.23.07.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.713 of 2018 by the Sessions Judge, Anantapur. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
