Heard Mr.S.K.Shaheed for petitioner and the Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.

The petitioner though prays for setting aside the order dated 26.05.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1625 of 2016 in M.C.No.388 of 2012 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Cast-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge-cum-IX AMSJ, Hyderabad, but confines his prayer to recall the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Magistrate on 26.05.2016.

Perused the material and I am prima facie satisfied that the alternate prayer of petitioner to recall the non-bailable warrant issued on 26.05.2016 can be considered, subject to the petitioner appearing before the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad on 11.10.2017.

The criminal petition is, accordingly, disposed of by recalling the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on 26.05.2016 subject to the petitioner appearing before the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad on 11.10.2017 and continuing to appear as and when required.
