Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive as the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2003 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, itself is disposed of by the Court below on 30.06.2016.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
