THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE ANIS A.S. NO.506 OF 2012 J U D G E M E N T (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The plaintiff in O.S.No.333 of 2007 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, filed this appeal aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 28.04.2012.

While so, a joint Memo dated 07.09.2016 was filed by the counsel appearing for the appellant and the respondent stating that the dispute between the parties had been settled out of Court and that the appellant agreed to withdraw this appeal whereupon the respondent would handover 100 square yards to her and one T.Venkateswara Rao. The parties further agreed that the appellant, the respondent and the said T.Venkateswara Rao would then enter into a development agreement with a developer. In the light of the aforestated terms of compromise settled between the parties, the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Given the aforestated facts, adjudication of this appeal on merits is not required at this stage as the parties decided to settle the matter inter se on the aforestated terms.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
