On 18.01.2018, having noted that there is no representation for the appellants, this Court directed the matter to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Learned counsel for the respondent is present. Yet again, there is no representation for the appellants. The above conduct of the appellants indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 2.

In the result, the appeal is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
