HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU WRIT PETITION No.15588 of 2005 ORDER: (Per V. Ramasubramanian, J) This Writ Petition is filed by the beneficiary company challenging the Award No.3 of 2004 dated 15.12.2004 passed by the Land Acquisition Officer.

2. Today, in another writ petition i.e. W.P. No.13853 of 2010, we have set aside the very same award. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
