HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12305 OF 2015 ORDER:

Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, in passing the Endorsement/order dated 12.04.2015.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there is an effective alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Rules framed there under; and hence the petitioner may be relegated to the remedy of appeal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file the appeal. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to explore the alternative remedies available under the provisions of the Act including filing of appeal.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
