When the matter was listed on 19.06.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such this Court directed the matter to be listed today under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, though the matter appeared under the caption "For dismissal", none appears for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.
