HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29108 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the representations dated 05.08.2015 and 12.08.2015 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattas and other necessary revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Acs.13.00 in Survey Nos.194/1, 2 & 3 situated at Vinukonda Village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, at the earliest.

The learned Government Pleader for revenue submits that he has no objection for disposal of the representations of the petitioner, provided the same are still pending consideration. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the

representations dated 05.08.2015 and 12.08.2015 made by the petitioners, if they are still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
