This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the letter in ROC No.788/2015/G1, dated 04.4.2017 issued by the third respondent as illegal, arbitrary and against the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.18871 of 2016; consequently quash F.I.R. No.43/2017, dated 20.4.2017 issued by the second respondent. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
