On 12.09.2012, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that the sole appellant died and accordingly, the matter was adjourned for three weeks for taking steps. Thereafter, the matter underwent several adjournments, but no steps have been taken to bring the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant, if any, on record.
