Heard Ms.Shalini, learned counsel representing Sri Krishna Murthy Devarakonda, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

A perusal of the online case status of the subject M.C.No.230 of 2016 placed before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner reveals that the subject M.C. was disposed of on 09.11.2021.

Under these circumstances, the cause in the criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
