CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.4005 of 2004 10.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare that the petitioner is entitled for regularization of his service in the category of Upper Division Auditor from 12.03.1970 in view of G.O.Ms.No.274, Finance and Planning (FW.Admn.I) Department, dated 13.11.1968; G.O.Ms.No.282, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated 26.11.1973; judgment, dated 29.01.1987, in R.P.No.398 of 1986 as confirmed in S.L.P.No.32493 of 1987, dated 14.12.1987;

Government memo No.17124/C/462/A1/Admn.I/87/F&P, dated 19.04.1988;

and G.O.Ms.No.407, Finance and Planning (FW.Admn.I) Department, dated 18.12.1993, with all consequential benefits.

This case was adjourned on 03.08.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner for instructions. Today, the learned counsel has submitted that he is not able to contact his client. 3.

As the writ petition is of the year 2004 and in spite of giving sufficient opportunity, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to argue the case without instructions, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
