This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.979 of 2014 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.
2. Pending the criminal petition, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P.Nos.8862 and 8863 of 2015 along with affidavit of the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and a joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.
3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with petitioner No.2/A.2 and that petitioner No.1/A.1 is permitted to be represented through GPA holder i.e., petitioner No.2/A.2.
4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8862 and 8863 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed
and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.979 of 2014 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, are quashed against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
