When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecution submits that as per his information, charge sheet in this case is not yet filed so far.

Learned counsel for petitioner/A.2 would submit that he proposes to move the bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C seeking statutory bail before the concerned Court.

While giving liberty to him, this petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
