Bhargavi, learned counsel reprsenting Ms.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the matter pertains to admission of engineering student for the academic year 1999, therefore, cause in the present writ petition does not survive to adjudicate and the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by her that even they too do not have file in their office and therefore, this Court is not in a position to re-construct the bundle. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
