THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 432 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 29.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24179 of 2014.

The writ petition was allowed, without going into the merits of the case, by setting aside the order 25.02.2014, passed by the respondent herein and remanding the matter to him for consideration of the case of the petitioner in appeal against the order, dated 23.01.2012, passed by the Project Director, District Rural Management Agency, Medak District.

Now, the respondent filed a counter-affidavit stating that the copy of the order was received on 21.09.2016 and after going through the record, he passed an order, dated 24.03.2017. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

Hence, the contempt case is closed.
