THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.4365 OF 2007 ORDER:

On 16.4.2018 when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, and on previous occasions also, in spite of several adjournments, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.4.2018 under the caption of "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
