THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 16474 OF 2013 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing Rs.16,26,418/- as Mid-day-Meals Feeding Charges to the students for the National Child Labour Projects Special Schools in Karimnagar District for the period of ten months from 01.10.2009 to 31.07.2010 and Rs.30,00,000/- as Stipend for the students for the National Child Labour Projects Special Schools, for the year 2009 to 2010, total of Rs.46,26,418/-, payable to the petitioners/N.G.Os. This Court on 02.04.2014, after considering the counter affidavit of the 6th respondent passed elaborate order and the operative portion of the said order reads as follows;
"Having regard to the submissions made by the petitioners appearing in person and in view of the assertion made in the counter affidavit by 6th respondent, the first respondents is directed to consider the request of the 6th respondent in his letter dated 20.03.2012 to release funds to pay the dues towards mid-day-meals in special schools for the period from October, 2009 to July, 2010 and release the funds within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If first respondent is of the opinion that the said amounts are already released or that the claim of the petitioner is not valid, he shall assign due reasons and communicate the same to the petitioner, within four weeks thereafter."
Since, the relief sought in the writ petition and WPMP is same, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 02.04.2013. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
