Heard Sri K.L.N. Swamy, counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner has preferred an appeal on 29.10.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging grant of provisional registration issued by 3rd respondent to 4th respondent for setting up a prawn tank.

3. The learned Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal dt.29.10.2015 filed by petitioner challenging grant of provisional registration to 4th respondent for setting up a prawn tank within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5.
