HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3732 of 2017 ORDER:

It is the successive bail application seeking anticipatory bail by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. The previous bail application filed by them in Criminal Petition No.1321 of 2017 was dismissed on 22.02.2017 by an elaborate order of this Court. Thereafter, another Criminal Petition No.2386 of 2017 was dismissed on 28.03.2017.

2) Learned counsel for petitioners could not show any remarkable changed circumstances for warranting consideration of this bail application.

3) Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is still pending and charge sheet is yet to be filed. 4) In these circumstances, having found no merits in the petition, the same is dismissed.
