Meher Baba, advocate, for Mr. Rakesh Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case on the ground that the revision petitioner is acquitted in the main Calendar Case itself. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
