HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA WRIT PETITION No.20070 of 2013 ORDER:

The prayer in the present Writ petition is reads as follows:

"to issue a writ/s or order/s or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent No.1 pursuant to appeal dated 27.05.2013, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal on merits."

No representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner when the case is called. 3.

The learned Assistant Government pleader for Forests appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent is present and brings on record the Memo dated 15.02.2023 with its Annexures and contents of the said Memo read as under:

" It is submitted that the above writ of mandamus sought for the inaction of the Respondent No.1 pursuant to appeal dated 27.05.2023.

It appears on information gathered by the 3rd respondent, that the petitioner committed suicide on 30.11.2020 and demised on

SN,J WP_20070_2013 02.12.2020 during treatment at Wellness Hospital, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Though the petitioners made efforts to get the death certificate, but they got the FIR 371/2020, dated 02.12.2020.

Therefore, it is hereby annexed the copies of the FIR and RTI application for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court. Since the petitioner is demised the writ petition No.20070 of 2013 may be dismissed as infructuous".

Taking into consideration the contents of the Memo dated 15.02.2023 filed by the Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, the present Writ petition No.20070 of 2013 is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of the dismissal of main Writ petition No.20070 of 2013 the W.P.MP.No.24615 of 2013 shall also stand dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
