THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.33021 of 2011 ORDER:

Sri B.V.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 23.08.2018, before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the impugned order challenged in the W.P.No.33021 of 2011, was expired in the year 2013 itself and thereby the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
