Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed in Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions No.1 of the order dated B-B-2018 in Crl.P.No. 8355 of 2018 on the file of this Court by enlarging the time for another period of 25 days for surrendering before the concerned authorities in the interest ofjustice. IA. No. 2 of 2018:

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed in Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions No.1 and 2 of the order dated 8-8-2018 in Crl.P.No. 8355 of 2018 on the file of this Court to enable the sureties to submit the solvency for Rs.50,000/- each by way of fixed deposit and also permit the petitioner/Accused to attend/report once in a month on 1't Sunday at the Headquarters of CID, Telangana, Hyderabad in the interest ofjustice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memo of grounds field in Crl.P., and order of High Court dated 11-08-2018 made in Crl.P.No.8355 of 2018, Order dated 30.08.2018 made in IA No.1 & 2 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Amanchala V.Gopala Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Asst. Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER

This is an application for relaxation of condition of personal appearance of the petitioner - accused No.25 imposed by the order dated 08.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.8355 of 2018. Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.25, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court by the order dated 08.08.2018 in the present criminal petition. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he has violated any of the conditions of the said order. The petitioner is a Chartered Accountant and he will co-operate with the investigating agency.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending and in other cases, this Court has relaxed the condition of personal appearance.

Considering the above aspects and also the aspect that this Court vide order dated 18.O8.2O2O in LA. No.1 ot 2O2O in Criminal Petition No.10687 of 2O18 in connection with Crime No.171 of 2018, relaxed the condition of personal appearance, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition, Therefore, the application is allowed relaxing condition No.2 of the order dated 08.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No,8355 of 2018 i,e., Petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer concerned twice in a week till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once in a month on l't Sunday till completion of trial/enquiry between 1O.O0 and 11.OO AM for assurance of his availability and non-interference in any manner with the witnesses. The said condition is relaxed, The other conditions imposed by the said order remain unaltered'
