HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10893 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Memo No.GM(A) DS(E)/ AS(E)/PO.H/268/2002, dated 7.10.2002 paying only provisional pension to petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and set aside the same and consequently to direct respondent to pay the petitioner al the terminal benefits to which he is entitled to, including gratuity and commutation of pension etc.

When the matter has come up for hearing, learned advocate for petitioner represented that petitioner is no more and that they have no further instructions from petitioner and cause is abated.

Considering the representation of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
