23.01.2025, this Court, at the request of learned counsel for respondents in I.A.No.1 of 2024 for filing counter, listed this matter to 17.02.2025 and basing upon his submissions, this Court extended the interim order granted on 02.01.2025. However, the record discloses that this Court has not granted stay. Hence, the question of extension of stay does not arise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 02.01.2025, this Court has granted stay in the presence of respondents counsel.

In view of the same, the order dated 23.01.2025 passed by this Court to the extent of extending the interim order till 03.03.2025 is recalled.
