The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners and possessors to an extent of Ac.2-91 cents in Sy.No.73/2j, 73/2k, 73/2L, 73/2M, 73/2N and 73/20, an extent of Ac.4-95 cents in Sy.Nos 73/1a, 73/1b, 73/1c, 73/1d, 73/1e, 73/1f, 73/1g, 73/2a, 73/2d and 73/2c and an extent of Ac.0-98 cents in Sy.Nos 73/2h and 73/2i and an extent of Ac.3-96 cents in Sy.Nos 73/2b, 73/2c, 73/2f, 73/2g, 73/1h, 73/1i, 73/1j and Sy.No.73/1k respectively of China Jaggampeta Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari District having purchased from the 5th respondent on 24-01-2009 under different registered sale deeds. The names of the petitioners were entered in revenue records. While things stood thus, the 6th respondent submitted application for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of above said land.

On that, the petitioners got issued notice on 12-01-2017 to the respondents 3 and 4. The respondents 3 and 4 received the same. Basing on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.

the 6th respondent without considering the objections of the petitioners. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the petitioners are not parties to the said suit.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the writ petition is premature, as on today no action has been taken on the application of the 6th respondent.

Now it is to be seen that the case of the petitioners is that their names were recorded in revenue records and they were issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds and if any application is made regarding the same, the respondents 3 and 4 are obligated to issue notice to the persons, whose names are entered in revenue records. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
