THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13048 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.839 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 07.01.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties are intending to compromise the matter outside the Court and seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition, if necessary. Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
