The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentpolice are not acting on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30-06-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an entry was made in the General Diary and after enquiry the same was found to be civil in nature and the petitioner was informed of the same. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him.
