HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 19019 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This habeas corpus writ petition is filed by Mrs. Asma seeking production of her husband Mr. Irfan @ Bhai, who, according to her, is illegally detained by Central Crime Station, Vijayawada. The 3rd respondent has filed counter affidavit. From perusal of the affidavit, it appears that several crimes are registered against the petitioner's husband and in connection therewith he was arrested on 05-06-2015 and on the very same day, he fled away from the custody of police and since then, his whereabouts are not known. He submits that as of today or on the date of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner's husband was not in their custody.

He further submits that the concerned police station is making all efforts to trace him and arrest in connection with different crimes registered against him. In view of the statements made on counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings if the circumstances so demand.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
