HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.2 6 7 5 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the District Forest Officer, Mancherial, vide Rc.No.3282/ 2018/ D2, dated 30.07.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

The said written instructions, to the extent of their relevance for the purpose of this writ petition, read as under: - "The above petitioners are not in possession of the RF area at any point of time. Smt.Solluri Sujatha, W/ o.Kanakaiah and (7) others are claiming this land without any stake. They want to encroach the forest land without any locus standi. Further, it is submitted that we are not disturbing the fields of above petitioners in their patta lands.

Further it is submitted that the Forest Range Officer, Mancherial, has given a letter to the Tahsildar, Jaipur for joint inspection on 12.07.2018 vide F.R.O., Mancherial Rc.No.Mdpl/ MNCL/ 201, dt.07.07.2018, and the joint inspection of forest and revenue would commence immediately for further clarity."

By placing on record the above said written instructions furnished by the District Forest Officer, Mancherial, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondentauthorities not to meddle with the patta properties of the petitioners. However, it is open for the respondent-authorities to take action, if there is any encroachment on forest lands, in accordance with law.
