This Court made the following :

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioners filed I.A.No.1215 of 2015 in O.S.No.794 of 2015 to ensure due obedience and strict implementation of ad-interim temporary injunction order granted in favour of the petitioners.

2. The only grievance of the petitioners in this revision is that the said I.A., is not disposed of so far and adjourned from time to time and direction be issued to the Court below for disposal of the said I.A., by fixing time limit.

3. As seen from the proceedings, the case was directed to be listed on 07.06.2016. It is not stated as to what happened on 7.6.2016 and when the next date is given. Each Court has to regulate its work depending on the cases on its board. Therefore, no direction can be issued fixing time limit for disposal of I.A. It is open to the petitioners to seek early disposal of I.A. The trial Court may consider such request.
