Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 6 in not considering and disposing the complaint dated 04.04.2017, made by the petitioner, by not registering F.I.R., not investigating, not arresting and not prosecuting the unofficial respondents as per the law, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that as the allegations in the complaint disclose commission of non-cognizable offence, the police have sought for permission from the Hon'ble III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, for registration of crime and the consequential orders are awaiting. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondentpolice to proceed in accordance with the procedure of law, after obtaining necessary orders from the Magistrate concerned and follow the guidelines laid down in the judgment of the Apex Court in Lalit a Kumari Vs. Government of Ut t ar Pradesh1. No costs.
