This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to grant a direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents, in receiving the application filed by the petitioner on 30.03.2012 basing on the
order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.5028 of 2012, dated 28.02.2012, and rejecting the same on 04.04.2012 by letter No.
AMCG/78/2011-12/14, as arbitrary, against the rules, contrary to the law and violative of Article 16 of the Constitution of India, and consequently, direct Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to reconsider his case immediately basing on his application, dated 30.03.2012, which is resubmitted by him and also take action for allotting one shop to him."
At the hearing, Mr.Shaik Rizwan Ali, learned Counsel representing Mr.KK.Chakravarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has died.
As no Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner are brought on record, the Writ Petition has abated and the same is dismissed as such.
