HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26787 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-police are not registering the F.I.R.

on the complaint dated 05-07-2018 lodged by the petitioner against respondents 4 to 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on 30-07-2018 the Station House Officer, Gudivada Taluq police station received a memo from the Gudivada I Town police station stating that they received a complaint from the petitioner, but on the point of jurisdiction it was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Gudivada Taluq police station. Basing on the same, a case in Cr.No.132 of 2018 was registered on 30-07-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the respondentpolice are asking the petitioner to come to Guidvada I Town police station to give statement, but there is life threat to the petitioner from respondents 4 to 6. In view of the same, the petitioner seeks necessary police protection, when she comes before the police for giving her statement.

In view of the same, the Station House Officer, Gudivada Taluq police station to take appropriate action for grant of police aid to the petitioner enabling her to make a statement. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
