THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10423 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.3 in C.C.No.155 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kota, SPSR Nellore District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the criminal petition and the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
