...RESPONDENT Petition under Section 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the lvlemorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition of bail to appear before the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station every Thursday between 11.00 AM and 03.00 P tr/ as imposed by the Court of the lX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally in Crl.M.P.No.B15 of 2021 in Cr.No.402 of 2021 dt.2310912021 . This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri It/. V. Subba Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

ThisCriminalPetitionunderSection43g(1Xb)Cr.P.C''isfiledSeeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below, by order dated 23.09,2021 in Crl.M.P.No.815 of 2021 in Cr.No.402 of 2021 on the file of lX Additional Metropolitan lVagistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, directing the petitioner/Al to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Thursday between 11.00 am to 3.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner tr/r. M.V.Subba Reddy, submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that as the petitioner is a resident of Bangalore, it is very difficult for him to appear before the police on every Thursday. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation and the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that as the investigation is pending, the said condition may not be relaxed. 4.
ln view of the said submissions and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the said condition by directing petitioner/Al to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a month i.e., on 2nd Saturday, between 11.00 am to 3.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet The remaining conditions shall be intact.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
Misceltaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
