This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.243 of 2013 on the file of Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyberabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 474, 120B, 506 r/ w 34 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police has referred the case as civil in nature on 18.02.2015 as per proceedings of ACP, Chikkadpally and final report was also filed before the concerned court.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
