THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8564 OF 2016 O R D E R :
Petitioner's grievance is that in his land 3rd respondent has erected a board stating that it is a government property; that the petitioner had submitted a representation on 24.02.2016 to the 3rd respondent to remove the said board; but the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.
2. The Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.24.02.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
