THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13122 OF 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-40 cents covered by Survey No.20/P o f Mudasarlova Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam.

This Court, by order, dated 21.06.2005, while admitting the Writ Petition, granted interim direction not to dispossess the petitioners till the proceedings pending before the Settlement Officer are disposed of. No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Since interim order, dated 21.06.2005, is subsisting all along and as the learned counsel for parties have requested to dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the aforesaid interim order, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners till the proceedings pending before the Settlement Officer are disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
