There is no representation for petitioner in the forenoon and as well as in the afternoon.

This Court on 15.10.2009 directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2009. In view of the fact that the substantive relief is granted through order dated 15.10.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.27295 of 2009, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the main prayer.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
