HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3395 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case has been referred as "Lack of Evidence" on 30.06.2018 as per the proceedings of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjara Hills Division, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
