Heard both sides.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the action of the respondents in denying and refusing to register the Sale Deed presented by petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts., in Sy.No.814 of Lalgadi Malakpet, Shamirpet Mandal, present Medchal-Malkajgiri District, R.R.
District as illegal, arbitrary, unsustainable, untenable, motivated, against law as well as principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the respondents to delete from the list of prohibited properties and to register the Sale Deed presented by petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts., in Sy.No.814 of Lalgadi Malakpet, Shamirpet Mandal, present Medchal-Malkajgiri District, R.R. District."

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though she presented the document for registration, the Sub Registrar is not passing any orders on the same.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to present the document for registration before the concerned Sub Registrar, if
not already presented, and if the said document fulfills the requirements of the Indian Stamp Act, the Indian Registration Act and rules made thereunder, the concerned Sub Registrar shall receive and register the same. In case if he is not intending to register the same, he shall record reasons and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
