HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.3468 OF 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 17.01.2006 in Rc.No.33900/2005/PACS/II-A of the 1st respondent i.e., Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP, Hyderabad in which prosecution was sanctioned against the petitioner and another only leaving aside 8 others indicated in letter dated 22.01.2003 of the 2nd respondent.

This Writ Petition was admitted on 24.02.2006 and subsequently the matter was listed on 23.06.2011 and this Court directed the petitioner to serve personal notice on the 4th respondent within two weeks, in default the writ petition stands dismissed as against 4th respondent, but notice was not served, as such writ petition was dismissed as against the respondent No.4. Subsequently, the matter was listed on 25.07.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to list on 26.07.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Though the matter was listed today i.e., on 03.08.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated:03.08.2016.
