It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Order, dated 22.06.2016, in W.P.Nos.38451 of 2015 & batch and same is not disputed by Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Singareni Collieries.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order, dated 22.06.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.38451 of 2015 & batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
