This petition is filed to transfer the O.P.No.41 of 2014 from the file of Family Court Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District to Family Court, Hyderabad District.

During the course of hearing, both counsel states that no further orders are necessary, as the matter is settled out of the Court. Recording the same, the Transfer C.M.P. is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
