This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief : " to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in taking action on the complaint dt. 12.07.2018 against the unofficial respondents as being illegal and arbitrary. " Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner as per the guidelines enunciated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALI TA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH 1. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the allegations leveled in the complaint are civil in nature and the same was informed to the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. It is, however, left open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedies if they are still aggrieved.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
