THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 4299 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "......to issue a writ, order, more particularly writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to expedite the investigation into petitioner son's murder case and to get a charge-sheet filed in a set time period ..."

Respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit stating that after completion of the investigation, a charge-sheet was filed before the V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Juvenile), Hyderabad vide SR No.187 of 2017, dated 25.02.2017 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance by the said Court.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
