Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and the same was assigned C.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and even it ended in acquittal by judgment dated 14.12.2016 after full fledged trial and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
